It is the working class that has lifted up this metropolis, constructed it brick by brick on the bedrock of a free and democratic nation. And, going forward, we’ll keep the workers who make this metropolis potential. Working collectively, we’ll assemble a higher metropolis for all, protect these pillars of civic vitality sturdy, open further golden doorways, and encourage others to do the equivalent.
We’re merely getting started, and there is no stopping the world’s greatest metropolis – filled with the simplest stuff on earth: New Yorkers.
